Optimisation & Efficiency

"If efficiency had a language, I’d be fluent in it"

How I helped organisations?

Throughout my career, I have focused on eliminating inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and driving operational excellence.

At Daimler India, I optimised supplier management processes, resulting in a 30% increase in supply chain efficiency. By identifying bottlenecks and refining procurement strategies, I helped reduce lead times and cut operational losses by 15%—a game-changer in improving overall productivity.

At KTM, my efforts went beyond internal processes—I tackled customer experience pain points. By refining service workflows and optimizing response times, I enhanced customer retention by 12% and improved satisfaction scores by 18%.

Every project I undertake has a common goal: maximizing efficiency without compromising quality.

My First Encounter:

My first hands-on experience with process optimization came during my time at Daimler India. Supply chain delays were a recurring issue, leading to higher costs and inefficiencies.

My task was to identify areas of improvement—and I quickly realized that supplier coordination inefficiencies were causing significant delays.

By refining supplier management strategies and optimising inventory processes, I was able to reduce lead times and minimise losses.

Seeing the direct impact of these changes on operational efficiency was an eye-opener—it made me realize just how much streamlined processes could transform business performance.
