Strategic Problem Solving
"Where others see roadblocks, I see blueprints"
How I helped organisations?
Strategic problem-solving has been at the core of my contributions across various organisations. At Daimler India, I spearheaded supply chain optimization efforts, leading to a 30% increase in efficiency—a feat achieved by identifying process bottlenecks and streamlining supplier management. This not only cut down lead times but also bolstered overall productivity.
At Qabas Consulting, I tackled critical client bottlenecks, directly enhancing project timelines and elevating client satisfaction scores. By dissecting operational inefficiencies, I designed tailored solutions that addressed client pain points, ensuring smoother workflows and improved service delivery.
Beyond these, I have consistently identified inefficiencies, implemented data-driven process enhancements, and leveraged cutting-edge digital tools to drive transformative results.

My First Encounter:
My first exposure to strategic problem-solving happened unexpectedly during my time at KTM, where I was working on process improvement initiatives. One of the key challenges was streamlining vendor safety compliance.
I noticed inconsistencies in compliance tracking that led to operational risks. By introducing automated dashboards and standardised reporting, I reduced technician injury rates by 28%—a clear testament to how structured problem-solving could drive tangible impact.
That experience sparked a deeper curiosity—what if I could apply the same approach to larger-scale business inefficiencies?
